Montage provides both inbound and outbound customer contact services, specializing in high-touch programs for small and large companies alike. Our call center serves clients across the United States and Canada. We also handle live chat and other online contact experiences.

PRODUCT SUPPORT

 

We have long-term relationships with medical device clients, and help to manage their product offerings.  We handle all manner of product support calls - from fielding customer inquiries, to resolving complaints, to helping medical professionals calling from emergency rooms with product questions.  Our work for one Fortune 100 client has required our brand ambassadors to be cross-trained on thousands of different products, to ensure the best response to caller inquires.

 

MARKETING SUPPORT

 

Our contact center supports the sales and marketing needs of many clients, including Fortune 100 medical device suppliers and Mayo Clinic vendors. We’ve been involved in lead development product campaigns and outbound surveys. We’ve also assisted with sales seminar registration, including post-event follow-up.
