We have long-term relationships with medical device clients, and help to manage their product offerings.  We handle all manner of product support calls - from fielding customer inquiries, to resolving complaints, to helping medical professionals calling from emergency rooms with product questions.  Our work for one Fortune 100 client has required our brand ambassadors to be cross-trained on thousands of different products, to ensure the best response to caller inquires.




Our contact center supports the sales and marketing needs of many clients - including a Fortune 100 medical device supplier, and vendors to the Mayo Clinic.  We've been involved in lead development, product introduction campaigns, and outbound surveys. We've also assisted with sales seminar registration, and have handled calls for post-event follow-up.
